Convection and bakery oven accessory Novameta OG6-PR1-100/80/50

This Novameta Universal stand, article OG6-PR1-100/80/50, is designed to support convection ovens. It provides a stable base for kitchen equipment.

The stand measures 1000 mm in length, 800 mm in width, and 500 mm in height. It is constructed with a welded stainless steel frame using sections of 40x20 mm and 25x25 mm. The frame features hygienic welds. It includes two removable shelves for additional storage or placement of items.

Supporting the structure are four adjustable stainless steel legs, each 40x40 mm. These legs offer an adjustment range of 40 mm, allowing for a height variation of +20/-20 mm, and are fitted with anti-slip corners measuring 100x100 mm. The overall individual height of the stand can be adjusted between 600 mm and 900 mm. The stand is capable of holding 6 GN1/1 pans (325x530 mm).
