A convection oven stand holds six standard gastronorm trays in a stable, organised tier while hot air circulates freely around each tray. The guide rails keep the trays aligned, preventing spills and allowing the operator to slide trays in and out without touching the oven walls or other trays. This arrangement maximises the oven's capacity and ensures even cooking across all trays.
The operator loads the trays onto the stand before placing them in the oven. Adjustable feet level the stand on uneven floors, and the welded frame keeps the structure rigid under the weight of loaded trays. Once the trays are in place, the entire stand is rolled or lifted into the oven, where the guide rails align with the oven's internal rack system. After cooking, the stand is removed, and the trays are transferred to a worktop or holding area.
The frame is constructed from stainless steel tubes in 40x40 mm, 40x20 mm and 25x25 mm sections, welded for hygiene and strength. The legs and feet are also stainless steel, with two sets of adjustability: fine levelling via threaded feet with a 65 mm range, and heavy-duty feet with a 40 mm range for additional stability. Two removable shelves provide extra storage or workspace when the stand is not in use.
The stand's footprint of 900x700 mm fits standard kitchen layouts, while the 710 mm height allows clearance for most convection ovens. The 6 GN1/1 tray capacity matches the most common tray size in professional kitchens, enabling batch cooking or holding of large quantities. The stainless steel construction resists corrosion and withstands frequent cleaning with kitchen detergents.
Cleaning involves wiping down the frame and rails with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The removable shelves can be taken out for thorough cleaning, and the adjustable feet should be checked periodically to ensure they remain secure and level.
