A stand built to hold sixteen full-size gastronorm trays in a convection oven line keeps the trays level, aligned and easy to slide in and out. The guide rails run the length of the frame, supporting each tray edge-to-edge so that hot air circulates evenly around every tray. This arrangement lets the oven work at full capacity without blocking airflow or forcing staff to lift heavy trays above waist height.
The operator loads the trays one by one onto the rails, using the anti-slide pins at the back as a stop. Once the oven door is closed, the trays remain in place while the fan-driven hot air moves across them. After the cooking cycle, the trays slide forward again and can be lifted straight onto a worktop or trolley without tilting or spilling.
The welded stainless-steel frame is made from 40×40 mm legs, 40×20 mm and 25×25 mm cross-members, giving a rigid structure that does not twist or sag under the weight of loaded trays. Four adjustable feet at each corner allow the stand to be levelled on uneven floors; the feet can be raised or lowered by up to 65 mm to keep the rails perfectly horizontal. Two removable shelves can be fitted between the rails for additional storage or for holding smaller trays that would otherwise slide through.
The 830 mm width matches the standard GN1/1 tray length, while the 580 mm depth allows two rows of eight trays to sit side by side. The 700 mm height places the lowest tray at a comfortable working level and leaves clearance for the oven door to open fully beneath the stand.
Cleaning is limited to wiping down the stainless-steel frame and rails with a damp cloth; the hygienic welds leave no crevices for food debris to collect. The removable shelves can be taken out for separate cleaning if needed.
The stand is supplied with two removable shelves and anti-slide pins already fitted.
