A convection oven moves hot air evenly around food, but the trays that carry that food need a stable, organised place before and after the oven. This stand provides exactly that: twelve guide rails sized for GN1/1 trays hold each tray at a fixed spacing, so kitchen staff can slide trays in and out without jostling or spills. The rails also keep trays level, preventing hot liquids from running off during transport.
The operator loads the stand by sliding each GN1/1 tray into its designated rail from the front. Once loaded, the stand can be wheeled to the oven, where the same rails align with the oven's own guides, making transfer quick and safe. After baking, trays return to the stand in the same order, ready for plating or storage. Two removable shelves below the main rack offer extra space for empty trays or small equipment, keeping the worktop clear.
The frame is welded from stainless steel tubes in two sizes: 40x40 mm for the legs and 40x20 mm or 25x25 mm for the cross-braces. This construction gives the stand strength without unnecessary weight, while hygienic welding leaves no crevices where dirt could collect. The legs end in adjustable feet that compensate for uneven floors; each foot can be raised or lowered by up to 65 mm, ensuring the stand remains level even on sloping kitchen floors. An additional set of heavy-duty feet is included, offering a finer adjustment range of 40 mm for precise levelling in critical areas.
The footprint of 900 mm by 700 mm fits standard kitchen aisles, while the 710 mm height places the tray guides at a comfortable working level. The stainless steel construction resists corrosion from steam and cleaning chemicals, and the open frame allows air to circulate, reducing condensation on stored trays.
Cleaning follows directly from the materials: wipe the stainless steel tubes and rails with a damp cloth and a mild detergent, then dry to prevent water spots. The removable shelves can be taken out for separate cleaning, and the adjustable feet should be checked periodically to ensure they remain tight and level. No lubrication or special tools are required.
Two versions of the stand are available: one with the standard adjustable feet and one with the additional heavy-duty feet for extra stability.
