Sayl professional cold display cabinet designed for food storage and visual presentation in retail settings, cafés, dining halls, or other public venues. This model combines aesthetic design with modern technologies to ensure both hygiene and product attractiveness in the eyes of customers.
Temperature range: +2 / +6 ºC
This ventilated cold showcase presents chilled products clearly while circulating cool air to eliminate warm spots. The refrigeration system removes heat from the cabinet and releases it through a condenser, keeping temperatures consistent across all shelves. Such stability is vital for perishable goods that require precise temperature control to stay fresh and safe for customers to buy and consume.
Loading the unit is straightforward: slide open the rear doors and arrange products on the shelves. Once the digital thermostat is set, the showcase maintains the chosen temperature automatically. LED lights activate on their own, casting even illumination over the contents. Adjustable legs allow the cabinet to be levelled to suit any worktop or floor, ensuring stability and smooth door operation.
Constructed from stainless steel and tempered glass, the INTEGRO IN100/80-140 resists corrosion, impacts and frequent cleaning. A fibre-glass cover shields internal parts from splashes and abrasion. The rear doors glide on tracks and can be taken off for deep cleaning. The compressor and condenser sit behind a sealed panel, remaining out of sight during normal use.
An electronic thermostat with a continuous digital display forms the control system. After setting the desired temperature, the unit uses hidden sensors to keep it steady without manual input. There is no need for defrosting or fan adjustments.
The dimensions—1000 mm wide, 600 mm deep and 1400 mm high—provide a glass display area 815 mm tall, fitting standard worktop depths. It runs on a 230 V single-phase supply, matching the standard circuit in most professional kitchens.
Maintenance involves wiping down stainless steel and glass surfaces with approved cleaning agents, removing the sliding doors to clean the tracks, and occasionally vacuuming the condenser coils to ensure proper airflow. The fibre-glass cover withstands acids and cleaning chemicals, allowing it to be sanitised without harm.
Designed as Climate Class 3, the unit operates effectively in typical ambient conditions. It uses R290 refrigerant, a hydrocarbon with a low environmental impact.
