A cold drinks dispenser keeps beverages chilled by circulating refrigerant around the container, drawing heat away from the liquid without freezing it. The built-in stirrer moves the drink continuously, preventing separation and keeping fruit pulp evenly distributed so every serving has the same texture and flavour.

To use the dispenser, fill the removable acrylic container with up to 12 litres of juice, milk, ayran or ice tea. Place the container back into the unit and switch on the cooling and stirrer with the single on/off control. The refrigerant compressor starts, lowering the temperature while the stirrer rotates slowly. A removable drip tray catches any spills when the tap is opened, so the worktop stays clean. When the beverage is finished, switch off the unit, remove the container and drip tray, and clean them separately.

The dispenser is built with a removable acrylic container that holds the liquid, a plastic drip tray beneath the tap, and a metal outer casing. The stirrer mechanism is also removable for thorough cleaning. The single on/off switch controls both the cooling compressor and the stirrer motor.

A 12 litre capacity allows the dispenser to serve a full service period without refilling, while the 0.15 kW power rating keeps the electrical load low enough for a standard kitchen circuit. The 230 V voltage matches the mains supply in professional kitchens. The unit's footprint of 310 by 370 millimetres fits on most worktops, and the 16.3 kilogram weight allows two staff to move it without a trolley.

Cleaning involves removing the acrylic container, stirrer and drip tray, washing them in warm water with mild detergent, and drying before reassembly. The outer casing can be wiped down with a damp cloth. No disassembly beyond the removable parts is required.

The dispenser is designed for beverages that include natural fruit pulp, ensuring the pulp remains suspended throughout the liquid rather than settling at the bottom.
