A beverage dispenser holds chilled or ambient drinks in a sealed reservoir and delivers them through a tap without exposing the contents to air. The reservoir is insulated to slow temperature change, and the tap is positioned so that the last drop can be drawn without tilting the unit. This method keeps drinks fresh, reduces waste and allows staff to serve quickly during peak service without opening a bottle or jug.

To use the dispenser, fill the reservoir with the prepared beverage, close the lid and place the unit on a level worktop near the service point. Connect the tap to the outlet at the base of the reservoir and open it to release the drink into cups or glasses. When service is complete, close the tap, remove the lid and empty any remaining liquid. The tap and lid are then detached for cleaning.

The dispenser is constructed in food-safe materials with a black exterior finish. Its footprint of 213 by 213 mm fits on most worktops, while the 558 mm height allows it to stand beneath standard overhead cupboards. The 11.4 litre capacity provides enough volume for continuous service without frequent refilling, and the weight keeps the unit stable during use.

Cleaning involves rinsing the reservoir, lid and tap after each use to prevent residue build-up. The tap is designed to be disassembled without tools, allowing thorough cleaning of internal parts. The exterior wipe-clean surface resists stains and fingerprints, maintaining a professional appearance in a busy kitchen.
