Ground coffee filters hold the coffee bed while hot water passes through, extracting flavour and oils without letting grounds escape into the brew. The paper traps fine particles, producing a clean cup and protecting the machine from sediment that can clog valves and heating elements.

To use, the operator places a single filter in the brew basket, adds the measured ground coffee, then starts the machine. Water heats and is sprayed or dripped evenly over the coffee, saturating it and drawing out soluble compounds. The filter retains the spent grounds while the brewed coffee flows into the serving vessel below. Once brewing finishes, the used filter and grounds are removed together, leaving no residue in the basket.

These filters are sized at 110 mm, matching the diameter of the brew basket in compatible commercial filter coffee machines. The pack contains 1000 units, providing a steady supply for high-volume service without frequent reordering.

The filters are disposable paper, designed for single use to maintain hygiene and consistent extraction quality. No cleaning is required beyond removing the used filter and grounds after each brew cycle.
