A round filter coffee machine built for continuous shipboard service, the BRAVILOR BONOMAT B10 Marine delivers freshly brewed coffee on demand without constant supervision. Hot water is drawn from the ship's mains, heated by an internal element and sprayed evenly over ground coffee held in a paper filter. Gravity pulls the brewed coffee through the filter into one of two 10-litre stainless-steel containers, keeping the next batch ready while the first is served.
Operation begins by loading a paper filter and the correct measure of coffee into the brewing chamber. The digital display is set for the desired batch size, and the built-in timer is programmed for unattended start times. Once the cycle begins, the machine signals when the coffee is ready, allowing crew to serve directly from the insulated containers without interrupting the next brew.
Constructed in marine-grade stainless steel, the unit stands on a wall bracket to save galley space. A 3/4 inch water connection taps directly into the ship's supply, eliminating manual filling. The digital panel includes total and day counters to track usage, a descaling system to protect the heating element, and a coffee-ready indicator that sounds when the batch is complete.
The 400 V three-phase voltage matches standard marine electrical systems, while the 7.4 kW power rating reflects the load needed to heat water quickly under shipboard conditions. Two 10-litre containers allow continuous service during peak demand, and the 955 × 512 × 840 mm footprint fits within the tight spaces typical of ship galleys.
Daily upkeep involves rinsing the brewing chamber, replacing the paper filter after each batch, and running the descaling programme at the intervals shown on the counter. The stainless-steel surfaces wipe clean with a damp cloth, and the wall bracket keeps the unit clear of worktop clutter.
The B10 Marine is part of the B series, which offers capacities from 5 to 40 litres. This model is specifically designed for marine environments, ensuring reliable operation despite motion and humidity.
