Vacuum packing machine 8 mc/h
A vacuum packing machine removes air from a sealed bag or container to extend the shelf life of food, prevent freezer burn and preserve flavour. The Evox30 draws air out of the chamber with a 12 cubic metre per hour pump, creating a near-total vacuum that slows oxidation and bacterial growth. The process is automatic once the cycle starts, so the operator can pack multiple items without standing over the machine.
To use the Evox30, place the food in a compatible vacuum bag or reusable container, lay the open end across the sealing bar and close the tempered glass lid. Select one of three preset programmes on the touch panel or adjust vacuum strength and sealing time manually. The machine starts the pump, evacuates the chamber, then seals the bag with one of four heat levels. An automatic dehumidification cycle (H2Out) removes moisture from the pump after each run, keeping the motor dry and extending its life. The transparent lid lets the operator watch the process without opening the chamber.
The housing is all-stainless steel for hygiene and durability in a busy kitchen. Inside, the vacuum chamber uses HIGH-FLEX technology to maintain an even seal across the entire surface, even with irregularly shaped items. A 310 mm cordless welding bar provides a consistent seal on bags up to 300 mm wide and 400 mm long. The machine can also vacuum-seal containers placed outside the chamber using the Easy accessory, allowing larger or odd-shaped items to be packed without taking up chamber space.
The 0.75 kW motor draws a standard 220-240 V single-phase supply, suitable for most commercial kitchen circuits. The 29 kg weight keeps the unit stable on a worktop while remaining light enough to move with two people. The footprint of 495 mm wide, 626 mm deep and 295 mm high fits on most worktops without overhang.
Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The vacuum chamber and sealing bar should be cleaned after each use to remove food debris and prevent cross-contamination. The tempered glass lid lifts off for thorough cleaning, and the touch panel can be wiped with a soft, dry cloth to avoid moisture damage.
The Evox30 is available with either an 8 or 12 cubic metre per hour vacuum pump, allowing the operator to choose the speed that best suits their workflow.
