Chamber vacuum unit ORVED BHSB30

The ORVED Bright30 is a vacuum packing machine, article BHSB30. This appliance is constructed entirely from stainless steel and features a Power-Steel chamber.

Vacuum packing machines work by removing air from a bag or container before sealing it. This process extends the shelf life of food by reducing oxidation and inhibiting the growth of aerobic bacteria. The Bright30 incorporates a sensor system for precise vacuum control. It also offers the capability to pack delicate or soft foods in a modified atmosphere (ATM) using an inert gas, which further preserves product quality.

Operation is managed via a waterproof digital control panel. This panel provides access to 32 programmes, including exclusive preset programmes (FTY) and a deaeration programme (DSI). For enhanced functionality, it includes a double welding series, a container nozzle, and an H2Out humidification cycle pump. The machine is equipped with a 106 m³ / h vacuum pump. A newly developed removable sealing rod is available in lengths of 1007 mm or 630 mm. For specific applications, it has an exclusive soft air function suitable for packing spicy food. The design allows for multiple sealing rods to be fitted simultaneously, enabling the packing of several products at once.

The machine has a power rating of 2.7 kW. Its dimensions are 1141 mm in length, 889 mm in width, and 1069 mm in height. The total weight of the unit is 294.5 kg.

Cleaning and upkeep can be facilitated by the removable sealing rod and the H2Out humidification cycle pump, which helps manage moisture within the system.
