The ORVED Evox25H is an automatic vacuum packing machine, article BHSE25H. Its construction includes a stainless steel frame and a vacuum chamber incorporating "HIGH FLEX" technology.

The operating principle of a vacuum packing machine involves removing air from a bag containing a product before sealing it. This process extends the shelf life of food by reducing exposure to oxygen, which slows down spoilage and prevents freezer burn. The machine creates a vacuum within the chamber, allowing the bag to collapse around the contents, and then seals the bag to maintain the vacuum.

To use the Evox25H, place the product in a suitable bag and position the bag within the chamber. The machine features a touch-sensitive vacuum system and a touch panel. Operators can select one of the 2 preset programmes or manually control the vacuum level. The machine offers 4 distinct levels of tightness, allowing for precise control over the amount of air removed. It can package both solid and liquid products. A pump humidification programme, H2Out, is included for maintaining the vacuum pump.

The machine is equipped with a 260 mm removable sealing rod, capable of accommodating bags up to 250x300 mm. The vacuum pump has a capacity of 8 m3/h. The overall dimensions are 444 mm in length, 481 mm in width, and 271 mm in height. The unit weighs 27 kg and operates on a 230 V power supply, with a power consumption of 0.45 kW.

Cleaning and upkeep involve the removable sealing rod and the stainless steel chamber. The H2Out programme aids in maintaining the vacuum pump.
