Vacuum packing machine 25 mc/h
A vacuum packing machine removes air from a sealed bag to preserve food, extend shelf life and lock in flavour. The Cuisson41 creates a vacuum inside its vertical chamber by drawing air out with a high-capacity pump. As the pressure drops, the bag collapses around the food, eliminating oxygen that causes spoilage and freezer burn. The process also reduces the volume of bulky items, saving space in storage and transport.
To operate the machine, place the open bag inside the chamber, ensuring the edge rests on the sealing rod. Close the lid and select one of the 36 preset programmes on the waterproof digital control panel. The machine automatically evacuates the air, then seals the bag with the removable rods. The H2Out humidification cycle pump adds a controlled amount of moisture before sealing, preventing dehydration of delicate foods. For jars or containers, the external vacuum system with the "Easy" accessory allows packing without placing the item inside the chamber.
The Cuisson41 is built entirely of stainless steel, including the vertical chamber and exterior casing. The sealing rods are removable for cleaning, and the patented Energy Steel Technology optimises vacuum efficiency. The machine measures 589 mm wide, 587 mm deep and 500 mm high, fitting on most worktops or trolleys. Its 85 kg weight provides stability during operation, while the compact footprint leaves room for other kitchen equipment.
The digital control panel includes exclusive preset programmes (FTY), a deaeration programme (DSI) and a Jars programme for specialised packing needs. The 1.6 kW power rating corresponds to a standard single-phase circuit, suitable for most professional kitchens. The machine operates on 220-240 V at 50-60 Hz, compatible with UK mains supply. The 25 m³/h vacuum pump ensures rapid air removal, reducing cycle time for high-volume packing.
Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and removing the sealing rods for thorough washing. The waterproof control panel can be cleaned with a mild detergent. The machine accepts bags up to 400 mm wide and 500 mm long, accommodating a range of food items from individual portions to bulk ingredients.
The Cuisson41 is designed for professional kitchens requiring precise, repeatable vacuum packing with minimal operator intervention.
