Gravity or simple slides feed the next piece forward, so the last one is always ready at the front. To use the dispenser, the operator loads each section from the top or rear, depending on the item. Cutlery slides into vertical slots, trays stack in horizontal racks, and bread rolls sit in angled shelves. Once loaded, the unit requires no power or adjustment; staff simply pull the item from the front opening. The design prevents jamming by keeping each type separate and using smooth stainless-steel surfaces that do not snag. The cabinet is built from AISI 304 stainless steel, a material chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning in busy kitchens. The 800 mm width, 700 mm depth and 1490 mm height create a tall, narrow footprint that fits against a wall or between other worktop equipment. At 70 kg, the unit is stable on the floor and can be moved with a trolley when needed.
