Standard Features:
Silicone heating pads;
Easy-to-clean digital controller with adjustable temperature (+30 … +45 °C);
Equipped with adjustable height shelf.
Heat is distributed evenly across the stainless-steel surface, ensuring consistent warmth. The design includes three distinct sections, allowing different batches or recipes to be held simultaneously, each with independent temperature control if required, so burgers remain ready for quick assembly during busy service periods.
Cooked burgers are placed on the deck, spaced out to prevent stacking. Each section's thermostat can be adjusted between +30 °C and +45 °C, based on how long the batch will be held. The rounded front edge and extra side pick-up areas provide easy access from both ends, enabling staff to retrieve burgers swiftly without reaching over hot surfaces or disturbing others.
The unit is constructed entirely from stainless steel, with a 15 mm radius on the front edge of the worktop to eliminate sharp corners. The 1200 mm length accommodates three separate holding zones, while the 1000 mm depth ensures space for side pick-up without overcrowding the main surface. At 950 mm tall, the chute aligns with standard counter heights, integrating seamlessly with nearby prep stations or pass-throughs.
With a 1650 W power rating, the unit operates efficiently on a standard professional kitchen circuit. The temperature range of +30 °C to +45 °C is specifically chosen to keep burgers safely above the danger zone while preventing further cooking. The 1200 × 1000 mm footprint requires a full metre of counter space, so it should be positioned where staff can access it without obstructing kitchen flow.
Cleaning is straightforward due to the open stainless-steel deck and rounded edges. After service, the deck is wiped with a sanitising cloth, and any grease or crumbs are directed into the built-in drip tray below. Side pick-up areas are cleaned similarly, with extra attention to corners where debris may gather. The unit should be allowed to cool before deep cleaning, and the thermostat should be switched off to avoid accidental activation while the surface is wet.
The chute is delivered as a single 1200 mm unit with three sections, each managed by its own thermostat. No additional variants or modules are available for this model.
