A hot beverage dispenser designed to heat and hold water or wine at a chosen temperature between 30 °C and 100 °C. The unit uses an internal heating element to raise the liquid to the set point, then cycles on and off to maintain it without boiling over. This method keeps the contents ready for immediate serving, reducing the need for repeated reheating and freeing the hob for other tasks.

To use, fill the 9 litre tank with water or wine, set the thermostat to the desired temperature, and switch on. The warning light glows while heating; once it dims, the liquid is at temperature. The non-drip tap dispenses a steady stream without spillage, and the drip tray beneath catches any stray drops. A glass level indicator on the front shows how much liquid remains. If the unit overheats, the reset button cuts power until it cools; the same light flashes when descaling is due.

The body is made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. Stylish polypropylene handles provide a secure grip when moving the unit. A magnet holds the drip tray in place, allowing quick removal and replacement. The maximum container height under the tap is 100 mm, so standard mugs and cups fit without tilting.

The 0.95 kW power rating draws a modest load from a 220–240 V circuit, suitable for most professional kitchen ring mains. The 9 litre volume holds enough for several rounds of hot drinks without refilling. At 2.46 kg, the unit is light enough to lift onto a worktop or shelf, yet stable once placed. The 307 mm width and 330 mm depth fit neatly on a counter, while the 450 mm height clears most splashbacks.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel exterior, rinsing the drip tray, and periodically descaling the heating element to prevent limescale build-up. The non-drip tap and glass level indicator can be cleaned with a damp cloth; the polypropylene handles resist staining and require only a wipe-down.

The dispenser is supplied in silver finish and is intended solely for water or wine; other liquids such as milk or hot chocolate are not supported.
