This professional coffee machine prepares drinks from freshly ground beans and instant ingredients. It includes one bean canister alongside four instant canisters, supporting a broad selection of hot beverages without frequent refills.
Fresh beans are ground precisely when needed, preserving their natural oils and aromas. The machine forces hot water through the grounds under controlled conditions, extracting the full flavour. For instant products, the same water system heats and combines powders to create consistent hot chocolate, milk foam, or syrups. A built-in mixer merges the streams, allowing customised drinks from a single dispense.
Users select their drink via the touch panel. The machine grinds the correct amount of beans or measures the right quantity of instant powder, then brews or reconstitutes the beverage. Each cycle produces 480 ml, sufficient for two standard cups. A permanent filter removes the need for disposable paper filters, though a paper-filter option is available for those who prefer it. Changing between methods is quick and tool-free.
Constructed from stainless steel and food-safe plastics, the machine features a 2.4 kg bean canister and four 1.3 L instant canisters. Its dimensions are 477 mm wide, 505 mm deep, and 915 mm high, suitable for most countertop setups.
The touch-sensitive display allows drink selection, strength adjustment, and brew monitoring. A service menu enables technicians to set water temperature, grind size, and mixing ratios for each recipe.
Powered at 2.3 kW, the machine operates on a 220-240 V 50/60 Hz supply. With an hourly output of 18.75 L, it meets the demands of busy cafés or staff restaurants.
Maintenance involves emptying the grounds drawer, rinsing the permanent filter, and cleaning the instant canister nozzles. The modular design permits easy removal of mixing units for thorough cleaning without tools.
Designed for medium-volume professional environments, the FreshGround 143 is part of BRAVILOR BONOMAT's freshground series.
