A stainless-steel wire basket organises three ice-cream scoops inside a display freezer. The open grid allows cold air to circulate freely around each scoop, keeping the product at serving temperature without blocking the refrigeration coil. The basket rests on rails or ledges built into the freezer liner, positioning the scoops at the correct height for easy access by staff and clear visibility for customers.

The operator lifts the basket out, places a fresh scoop in each of the three formed wells, and slides the basket back onto its supports. No tools or adjustment are required; the basket locks into place by its own weight and the shape of the wells.

The frame is constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel wire, welded at every joint to prevent flexing. The three wells are formed by bending the wire into shallow, rounded depressions that cradle the scoops without crushing them. The entire basket is designed for low-temperature use and can be removed for cleaning without disassembling the freezer.
