Built-in module under the bar counter with 6 drawers and 1 door.
A backbar cooling counter keeps bottled drinks at cellar temperature behind the bar, ready for service without ice or delay. The refrigeration unit pulls heat from the insulated cabinet and expels it at the rear, maintaining a steady low temperature that preserves flavour and carbonation. Air circulates evenly through the interior, so every bottle is cooled to the same set point, whether stored in drawers or on shelves.
The operator loads bottles through the six full-extension drawers or the single hinged door. Each drawer runs on stainless steel telescopic rails that extend 110% of their closed length, giving full access to the contents without tilting or spillage. The door seals tightly when closed, and the temperature control keeps the interior between +4 °C and +10 °C, matching the storage needs of wine, mixers and bottled beers. Two self-levelling shelves inside the door section are sized for Bordeaux bottles, keeping them upright and organised.
The cabinet is built on a stainless steel frame with insulated walls and a solid worktop. The cooling monoblock is mounted externally for easy access and can be replaced in under a minute without tools, minimising downtime during service. Drawers slide on telescopic rails that support the full load when fully extended, preventing sag or binding.
Controls consist of a thermostat that sets the temperature within the +4 °C to +10 °C range. The 230 V voltage requirement matches a standard single-phase circuit, and the 0.293 kW power rating indicates a modest load on the electrical supply. The 2230 mm width provides ample storage along a bar counter, while the 650 mm depth fits neatly beneath a worktop or shelving. The 860 mm height allows bottles to be retrieved without stooping, and the 520 L volume offers space for several cases of bottled drinks.
Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel interior and worktop with a damp cloth, and the telescopic rails can be removed for thorough cleaning if needed. The quick-release monoblock simplifies maintenance, as the entire cooling unit can be swapped out without disassembling the cabinet.
This model is a backbar cooling counter with six drawers and one door, designed for bottled drinks storage in bars and restaurants.
