Built-in module under the bar counter with 2 drawers and 2 doors.
A backbar cooling counter keeps bottled drinks at cellar temperature behind the bar, ready for service without ice or delay. The refrigeration unit circulates chilled air through a sealed cavity, removing heat from the bottles and maintaining a steady temperature above freezing.
The operator loads bottles onto the two self-levelling shelves designed for Bordeaux wine bottles, which adjust automatically to keep the front row accessible. Below, two full-extension drawers slide out on stainless steel telescopic rails, allowing staff to reach items at the back without shifting the front stock. The two hinged doors open to reveal the main storage volume, where bottles are organised in rows or racks. Once loaded, the unit is set to the desired temperature between +4 °C and +10 °C, and the cooling cycle begins. The monoblock refrigeration unit, mounted externally, can be replaced in under a minute without tools, minimising downtime during service.
The counter is constructed from stainless steel, with telescopic rails fitted inside the drawers for smooth operation. The cooling monoblock is a sealed unit that clips into place, requiring no refrigerant handling on site. Controls are limited to a thermostat that sets the temperature within the stated range.
A 390-litre volume provides space for several cases of bottled drinks, while the 1810 mm width fits standard backbar runs. The 650 mm depth allows installation against a wall or under a countertop, and the 860 mm height places the work surface at bar level. The 230 V single-phase supply matches the standard circuit found in commercial bars, and the 2.8 A current draw ensures compatibility with typical power distribution. The 0.293 kW power rating reflects the energy needed to maintain cellar temperature, not to pull down a warm load.
Cleaning involves wiping the interior and exterior stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The telescopic rails should be checked periodically for smooth movement and cleaned of dust or spills. The cooling monoblock requires no maintenance beyond replacement when necessary.
This model is configured with two drawers and two doors, offering a combination of accessible storage and bulk capacity. The unit is categorised as backbar refrigeration equipment.
