Built-in module under the bar counter with doors.
A backbar cooling counter keeps bottled wine at cellar temperature behind the bar, where staff reach it without leaving the service area. The unit draws heat from the air inside the cabinet and expels it at the rear, maintaining a steady low temperature that preserves flavour and clarity. A compressor circulates refrigerant through a sealed system, cooling the interior while a thermostat cycles the power to hold the set range. The process is quieter and more consistent than a domestic refrigerator, designed for continuous use in a commercial setting.
To use the counter, slide the telescopic drawers out to their full 110% extension. Load each shelf with Bordeaux-style bottles, which the self-levelling racks support without rolling. Close the drawers, set the desired temperature between 4 °C and 10 °C, and plug the unit into a 230 V supply. The cooling monoblock starts automatically, and the internal fan distributes cold air evenly across both sections. Staff access bottles by pulling the drawers open again, while the transparent front panel lets them check stock without opening the unit.
The cabinet measures 1390 mm wide, 650 mm deep and 860 mm high, fitting beneath most bar counters while leaving space for taps and glass racks. Its 260 L volume holds two full sections of wine, organised in drawers that extend smoothly on stainless steel rails. The 0.293 kW power rating draws 2.8 A from a standard 230 V circuit, a load that most commercial kitchens can accommodate without additional wiring. The temperature range of 4 °C to 10 °C suits long-term storage of red and white wines, preventing spoilage without chilling them below serving temperature.
Construction is stainless steel throughout, with telescopic rails that support the full weight of loaded drawers. The cooling monoblock is mounted externally for easy replacement, allowing maintenance without dismantling the unit. Cleaning involves wiping the interior and exterior surfaces with a damp cloth, while the removable monoblock can be serviced separately if needed. The model is supplied as a two-section unit with drawers, and no other variants are listed.
The counter is categorised under backbar refrigeration, designed for front-of-house wine storage in bars, restaurants and hotels.
