A stainless-steel worktable that moves up and down on threaded legs lets chefs set the surface exactly where they need it. Instead of bending to a fixed height, the operator turns a crank or uses a foot pedal to raise or lower the entire top, so the same table can hold a prep board at waist level, a bain-marie at elbow height, or a slicer at standing reach. The mechanism locks the legs at the chosen position, keeping the load stable while the kitchen works around it.
The operator places the table where it is needed, checks that the legs are locked, and loads the top with equipment or ingredients. Once the task is finished, the surface is cleared and the legs can be adjusted again for the next job. Because the frame is stainless steel and the feet are adjustable for levelling, the table stays steady on uneven floors and can be moved without dismantling.
The frame is welded stainless steel, the worktop is a single sheet of the same material, and the legs are threaded stainless-steel tubes with locking collars. Two widths are available: 650 mm and 700 mm, both with the same 1400 mm length and 900 mm overall height.
The 1400 mm length gives a long, uninterrupted work surface for rolling pastry, laying out trays, or organising mise en place. The 600 mm depth keeps everything within arm's reach without overhanging into walkways. The 900 mm overall height allows the legs to be lowered for seated tasks or raised for standing prep, and the table still fits through standard kitchen doorways.
Cleaning is limited to wiping the stainless-steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent; no seams or joints collect debris, and the legs can be wiped down to the floor.
