A ventilated cooling system circulates cold air evenly across every bottle, preventing hot spots and ensuring consistent conditions regardless of how the shelves are loaded. The refrigeration cycle uses R290, a natural refrigerant that cools efficiently while keeping energy use and environmental impact low.

The operator sets the desired temperatures on a 2.2-inch touch control panel, then loads up to 480 bottles through the single lockable door. Internal LED lighting, adjustable via remote dimmer, illuminates the display without raising the temperature, while an automatic defrost cycle and condensate water elimination run in the background, removing the need for manual intervention. A lockable door secures the stock overnight.

The cabinet is built from stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning in a commercial environment. The exterior measures 2475 mm wide, 550 mm deep and 2600 mm high, providing a large display footprint while keeping the depth narrow enough for passageways. A 1.47 kW power draw requires a dedicated 230 V circuit, typical for professional refrigeration. Noise emission stays below 43 dB, allowing the unit to be placed in customer-facing areas without disrupting conversation.

The cooler runs reliably in ambient temperatures up to +30 °C with 55% relative humidity, meeting Climate Class 4 standards. Internal fittings such as shelves and bottle racks are ordered separately, enabling customisation to the specific bottle shapes and display layout required. Warm-white LED lighting (2700 K) and a custom-painted exterior finish are available on request to match the surrounding décor.
