The trolley's structure is built from 25 × 25 mm stainless steel tubes, welded into a sturdy frame. Inside, 1.2 mm thick stainless steel guides run vertically, forming twenty evenly spaced slots. Each slot accommodates one GN1/1 tray measuring 530 × 325 mm, keeping trays stable during transit. A rubber bumper at the base protects surrounding surfaces from damage during movement.

Trays are loaded from the front, sliding into their designated slots. The guides prevent lateral movement, ensuring trays remain secure even when the trolley is moved quickly. The maximum load capacity is 80 kg, which maintains the trolley's manoeuvrability and braking efficiency.

Stainless steel side panels cover the unit, shielding contents from splashes and simplifying cleaning. The trolley's dimensions of 810 × 620 × 1740 mm allow it to fit alongside most professional work surfaces and under standard pass-through hatches. The 125 mm diameter multidirectional wheels roll smoothly over kitchen floors, and the built-in catches keep the trolley stationary when needed.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel panels, guides, and frame with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The rubber bumper can be detached for deeper cleaning if required. Optional accessories include a bottle holder, available in stainless steel or ABS, which attaches to the frame.

The trolley is supplied without trays, allowing operators to use their existing GN1/1 trays or order compatible alternatives. Custom versions for non-standard tray sizes can be requested.
