This conveyor toaster transports slices through a heated tunnel on a continuous belt, ensuring each piece receives uniform heat for consistent browning. The system removes the need for manual turning, providing reliable results at high volumes without constant supervision. Belt speed dictates how long bread remains under the elements, while power settings for each element adjust heat intensity from above and below. These controls allow precise customisation of colour and texture, from light toast to a deep golden finish.

Slices enter the machine on one side, travel through the heating zone, and exit fully toasted on the other. Operators select the belt speed to match the required toasting duration and fine-tune the power to each heating element for the desired browning. Once configured, the machine operates continuously, enabling staff to load and unload without interruption. A removable tray beneath the belt collects crumbs, minimising the need for frequent interior cleaning.

The TTV 4000 features a stainless-steel exterior and a conveyor belt running through an internal chamber measuring 390 mm wide, 570 mm deep, and 70 mm high. External dimensions are 570 mm wide, 644 mm deep, and 400 mm high, allowing placement on most work surfaces or beneath standard overhead storage. Weighing 22 kg, the unit is manageable for one person to relocate yet remains stable on a counter. A 4 kW heating load requires a dedicated 230 V single-phase circuit.

Independent power controls for the heating elements enable operators to balance heat distribution for various bread types. Adjustable conveyor speed offers precise control over toasting time, accommodating slices of different thicknesses. The removable bottom tray simplifies daily maintenance by capturing crumbs and debris, reducing the need for thorough interior cleaning.
