A conveyor toaster moves slices through a tunnel of radiant heat, browning them evenly without flipping or manual attention. The heating elements above and below the belt emit consistent infrared energy, while the belt itself carries the product at a steady pace. This method eliminates hot spots and cold edges, giving the same result slice after slice. The speed of the belt determines how long each piece is exposed to the heat, so faster settings produce lighter toast and slower settings produce darker, crisper results.
To operate the TTH 4400, the operator first sets the conveyor speed to match the product—thinner slices or softer bread need less time, while thicker bagels or buns need more. The entry height is then adjusted between 30 mm and 70 mm to accommodate different thicknesses without jamming. Slices are loaded onto the belt at the front, and the machine carries them through the heating tunnel. As they emerge, the top warming tray keeps finished toast at serving temperature while the next batch is toasting. The belt can run in either direction, so left-handed or right-handed staff can work from whichever side is more convenient.
The toaster is built with a stainless-steel exterior and a removable bottom tray that collects crumbs and spills. The belt itself is a continuous loop that can be wiped down or removed for deeper cleaning. The 4.4 kW power rating means the unit draws a significant load, so it should be connected to a dedicated circuit to avoid tripping breakers during peak service. The 35 kg weight requires two people to move safely, and the 1258 mm width means it needs a clear run of counter or worktop space.
Controls include a speed dial for the conveyor, a height adjustment lever for the entry gate, and a direction switch for the belt. The warming tray above the exit is passive, relying on residual heat from the elements below. Cleaning involves removing the crumb tray, wiping the belt and interior surfaces, and occasionally brushing out the heating elements to maintain even browning.
The TTH 4400 is designed for continuous service in hotels, breakfast buffets, staff canteens and other high-volume settings where speed and consistency matter more than individual attention.
