Shopping basket and trolley GLHOE GL3028

This rolling shopping basket simplifies moving goods without lifting. Four swivel castors allow smooth movement across thresholds, ramps and uneven surfaces, enabling one person to transfer supplies from delivery areas to storage or workstations. The rigid container keeps items secure and visible, preventing damage or loss beneath other goods.

The user loads the basket to its marked capacity, wheels it to the required location, then unloads. A handle or lip along the top edge provides a secure grip when tilting the basket to navigate doorways. Once empty, the basket is ready for reuse.

Constructed as a single welded tubular steel frame, the GL3028 features a powder-coated finish for corrosion resistance. The basket sides are made from perforated steel sheet, permitting airflow whilst securing contents. Four swivel castors are included, with two fitted with brakes to keep the basket stationary when needed.

With dimensions of 390 mm wide, 400 mm deep and 680 mm high, the basket fits easily through standard kitchen doorways and alongside worktops. Its 60-litre volume accommodates a full day's supply of dry goods, tinned items or bottled liquids without exceeding safe manual-handling limits.

Maintenance involves wiping steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent; the powder coating resists moisture and food acids. The castors are sealed and need only occasional rotation to avoid flat spots.
