A stacker keeps Barcelona rolling baskets upright and aligned, letting staff load and unload goods without toppling. The frame supports each basket's base, transferring the weight down through the legs to the floor. Four polyurethane wheels allow the whole stack to be rolled across the storeroom or into the kitchen without lifting, so heavy or bulky items stay on the same trolley from delivery to worktop.

The operator slides an empty basket onto the top of the stacker, then lowers filled baskets one by one beneath it. When the stack is complete, the wheels let it be moved to the point of use. After the contents are removed, the empty baskets are lifted off in reverse order, leaving the stacker ready for the next cycle.

The frame is made of metal, giving it the strength to carry multiple baskets without bending. Four polyurethane wheels are fitted to the base, two fixed and two swivelling, so the stacker can be steered around corners and through doorways. The overall dimensions of 545 mm long, 460 mm wide and 380 mm high create a footprint that fits alongside standard worktops and shelving units.

The stacker weighs 2.75 kg, light enough to be lifted onto a van or moved by one person when empty. It is designed to hold Barcelona 54 litre rolling baskets; the number of baskets stacked depends on the available ceiling height and the reach of the operator.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the metal frame with a damp cloth to remove dust or spills. The polyurethane wheels can be cleaned with a mild detergent and water, avoiding solvents that could damage the material.

Variants include different colours and the option to add a custom logo. The minimum order quantity is 24 units.
