Right silicone pipe for powder system SCHAERER Spare Parts 3370065787

A pipe powder system meters dry ingredients into hot or cold beverages without clumping or waste. The unit draws powder from a hopper through a silicone tube, then releases a measured dose into the mixing chamber or cup. Silicone resists the oils and moisture in milk powders, chocolate and instant coffee, keeping the flow smooth and the dose consistent.

The operator loads the hopper with the chosen powder, connects the silicone pipe to the dispenser head, and primes the system to clear air from the line. Once primed, each activation of the dispenser button or foot pedal delivers one portion. The right-hand configuration matches the layout of most commercial drink stations, placing the outlet within easy reach of the barista's dominant hand.

Construction centres on the silicone pipe itself, which is flexible yet durable under repeated bending and exposure to steam. The pipe connects to a rigid plastic or metal dispenser head that locks into the machine's powder module. No moving parts are exposed, reducing the risk of contamination and simplifying cleaning.

Cleaning follows from the materials: the silicone pipe can be detached, rinsed under warm water and sanitised with food-safe solution. The dispenser head is wiped down with a damp cloth to remove powder residue. Regular cleaning prevents build-up that could alter the dose or block the flow.

This is a spare part designed to fit SCHAERER beverage equipment. The catalogue places it under drink preparation components, specifically powder dosing systems.
