The Forcold M-GN1410TN-FC is a refrigerated cabinet designed for professional use. It operates using a ventilated refrigeration system, which circulates cool air evenly throughout the cabinet to maintain a consistent temperature.

The cabinet features a built-in Monobloc refrigerating unit. This is a self-contained, plug-in system that simplifies installation and allows for straightforward removal or replacement. The motor compartment is insulated, and the Monobloc unit itself is protected by stainless steel sheeting and operates quietly. The evaporator, which is responsible for cooling the air, is concealed to maximise internal storage space and is treated with an anti-corrosion finish. Condensation water is managed through an automatic evaporation process, aided by an electric heating element around the door frame to prevent moisture build-up.

Operation is managed via an electronic temperature control system with a digital thermostat, allowing precise setting of the desired temperature. The cabinet automatically defrosts, with electronic control over the defrosting temperature. The operating temperature range is from 0 °C to +8 °C.

Usage involves loading food items into the cabinet. The temperature is set using the digital thermostat. The reversible door, equipped with a self-closing spring, helps maintain the internal temperature when opened and closed. The door gasket can be removed without tools for cleaning. An internal LED light illuminates the contents. The bottom of the cabinet features rounded corners for easier cleaning. The external bottom and back panels are constructed from galvanised plate, while the main construction material is stainless steel. Height-adjustable feet allow for levelling on uneven surfaces.
