A ventilated refrigeration cabinet keeps bottled and canned drinks chilled while presenting them through three clear glass doors. Cold air is drawn across the evaporator coil at the back, then pushed by a fan through a plenum and out across each shelf. The continuous circulation evens out temperature and prevents warm spots, so every bottle or can stays at the set point from the moment it is loaded until it is served.
The operator slides the door open, places bottles or cans on the chrome mesh shelves, and closes the door. The automatic closer pulls the door gently shut to stop cold air spilling out. A lock secures the cabinet outside service hours. The external digital display shows the current temperature; the operator presses the up or down button to adjust the range between 0 °C and 10 °C. LED strips inside the cabinet light the shelves evenly, making labels easy to read without adding heat.
The cabinet is built as a single welded frame of black-coated steel. Three left- or right-hinged glass doors seal against magnetic gaskets. Six chrome-plated wire shelves sit on adjustable brackets; each shelf carries up to 30 kg. The refrigeration system uses 40 g of R600 A refrigerant, which circulates through a front-mounted condenser coil. Adjustable feet at the front level the cabinet on uneven floors.
A 254 L volume holds up to 98 standard 33 cl bottles, 74 half-litre bottles, or 274 quarter-litre cans. The 1350 mm width fits under most bar counters and worktops; the 865 mm height leaves clearance for overhead cupboards. An 82 kg weight allows two people to move the cabinet without a trolley. The 220–240 V, 50 Hz supply plugs into a standard single-phase circuit.
Cleaning starts with removing the shelves; they lift off the brackets and wash in warm water. The interior wipes with a damp cloth; the glass doors clean with standard glass cleaner. The condenser coil at the front should be vacuumed monthly to keep air flowing freely. The door gaskets should be checked for cracks and replaced if they no longer seal tightly.
The model BB311HBA is a single variant in black with three hinged doors. The cabinet is listed in the catalogue under refrigeration, display coolers, under-counter units.
