The TEFCOLD GN3/1 Uni-Drawer UD1-32 is a versatile refrigerator table that allows quick switching between chilling and freezing modes. Its design ensures ingredients remain at the required temperature without needing separate units. Cold air circulates via a fan, removing heat more efficiently than static cooling, which helps maintain a consistent temperature throughout the cabinet and prevents uneven cooling that could affect food quality or service speed.

A single drawer is built to accommodate gastronorm containers up to 150 mm deep. Users can load trays or pans, select the desired temperature range—either freezing or chilling—and close the drawer. An automatic defrost function operates at intervals, eliminating the need for manual ice removal. The worktop supports a distributed load, making it suitable for food preparation during service.

The internal dimensions of 1000 by 565 by 205 millimetres provide space for standard GN containers while ensuring adequate airflow. The external measurements of 1230 by 700 by 600 millimetres allow it to fit seamlessly into a worktop arrangement. Weighing 90 kilograms, it requires a stable floor or reinforced surface. The drawer supports a maximum load of 60 kilograms, while the worktop can handle up to 240 kilograms, making it practical for bulk storage and busy periods.

Maintenance is straightforward due to its construction. The ventilated cooling system requires periodic cleaning of the fan and coils to sustain airflow, and while the automatic defrost reduces ice accumulation, the interior should still be wiped down regularly. The drawer slides out for easy access, and the worktop can be removed for thorough cleaning if the unit is unplugged.
