A professional dishwasher that sanitises as it washes, the SILANOS N50 EVO2 removes soil and eliminates bacteria in a single cycle. Hot water at controlled pressure flows over every surface, lifting grease and killing pathogens without chemicals. The process relies on a heating element and a pump that circulate water at a temperature and force that strip contaminants and rinse them away, leaving utensils, cutlery and glassware hygienically clean and ready for immediate reuse.

The operator loads the two supplied baskets—one for plates, one universal—and the cutlery container, ensuring no item exceeds the 350 mm height limit. A detergent and rinse aid dispenser releases the correct dose at the start of the cycle. The colour electronic display offers four cycle lengths: 60, 120, 180 or 480 seconds. Once the programme is selected and started, the machine fills, heats, washes, rinses and sanitises automatically. After the cycle, the built-in discharge pump removes the water; if the machine stands idle for more than three hours, the same pump drains the compartment to prevent stagnation. At the end of the day, an automatic cleaning routine flushes the interior without operator intervention.

The double-walled compartment and door reduce noise during operation, while the HY-NRG system maintains constant pressure and temperature throughout the rinse phase. A stand-by function cuts energy use when the machine is not in active cycle. Cold water enters through a built-in conditioner that softens it, protecting the heating element and pump from limescale and extending their service life.

Constructed in stainless steel, the unit measures 600 mm wide, 635 mm deep and 855 mm high, fitting beneath most worktops. The 6.6 kW power rating requires a 400 V three-phase supply, typical of professional kitchens. Water consumption is 2.7 litres per cycle, minimising waste without compromising wash performance.

Controls include the electronic display for cycle selection, a start button, and indicators for detergent and rinse aid levels. The 350 mm dish height allows standard plates, trays and tall glasses to be loaded without tilting. The automatic water discharge and daily cleaning routines reduce manual upkeep; the water conditioner and limescale protection further lower maintenance by preventing mineral build-up inside the machine.
