Percolator BRAVILOR BONOMAT 8.060.120.31002

Water heats in the lower chamber, rises through a central tube, and showers over the grounds in the upper basket. The process repeats until the coffee reaches the desired strength, delivering consistent flavour for large-scale catering needs.

To use the Percolator 75, add cold water to the lower chamber up to the gauge glass level. Place coffee grounds evenly in the upper basket. The clear on/off switch lights up when the unit is powered on. Heating begins automatically, starting the percolation cycle. After brewing, the keep-warm mode maintains the coffee at serving temperature without over-extraction. The stainless steel tap allows direct dispensing into cups or jugs, minimising heat loss and spills.

The unit features a durable stainless steel body, resistant to corrosion in busy kitchens. A shatterproof gauge glass provides easy water level monitoring, reducing the risk of running dry. A safety mechanism cuts power if the water level drops too low, preventing element damage and fire risks. Both the filter basket and tap are made of stainless steel for durability and simple cleaning.

With a 1.5 kW power rating, the percolator operates on a standard 230 V circuit, fitting most professional kitchens without needing a dedicated line. Its 10 litre capacity suits cafés, canteens, and events with steady demand. The compact dimensions of 282 mm depth, 430 mm width, and 282 mm height allow it to fit on most worktops without overcrowding.

Cleaning involves removing the filter basket and tap after each use. Stainless steel surfaces wipe clean with a damp cloth, while the gauge glass may require occasional descaling. Without a mains water connection, water must be added manually, ensuring freshness and control over the brewing process.

The Percolator 75 is part of the professional percolator range from BRAVILOR BONOMAT.
