Induction hob ILVE HCBI604TC

The ILVE HCBI604TC is a professional plus induction hob with four cooking zones.

Induction hobs operate using an electromagnetic field. When a compatible pan is placed on a zone, the magnetic field induces an electric current in the pan base, generating heat. This method heats the pan directly, making it a responsive cooking method. The hob requires cookware with a magnetic base.

Operation is managed via slide touch controls. The hob includes features for usability and safety. A pan sensor detects cookware, ensuring the zone heats only when a suitable pan is present. The booster function provides a temporary surge of power for rapid heating. For safety, it incorporates a child lock, a residual heat indicator to warn when a zone is still hot after use, and overheating and liquid spill protection systems. A timer with an automatic stop function allows for precise cooking durations.

The hob has a maximum power output of 7.4 kW. Its dimensions are 598 mm in length, 518.5 mm in width, and 54 mm in height.
