Ice maker with water cooling (water-cooled condenser).
Production capacity — 21 kg / 24 h.
Approximate ice cube size — 30 × 29 × 29 mm (13 g).
This ice maker creates cubes by spraying water onto a refrigerated evaporator plate. The plate cools the droplets until they form solid cubes, which fall into the integrated container. Water cooling maintains the refrigerant circuit at the correct temperature, ensuring steady freezing without straining the compressor. Production continues until the container reaches capacity, then pauses automatically to avoid overfilling.
To operate, attach the water supply and gravity drain, then connect to a 230 V outlet. The electromechanical controls allow adjustment of ice thickness and cycle initiation. Once active, the machine sprays water, freezes it into cubes, and gathers them in the 4 kg insulated container. The insulated door preserves the ice, while smooth internal surfaces simplify cleaning.
The unit features insulated walls to retain cold air, reducing energy consumption. A water-cooled condenser with R290 refrigerant manages heat exchange, removing the need for a fan and lowering kitchen noise. The gravity drain system eliminates excess water without a pump, easing upkeep.
With a 0.26 kW power rating, the machine draws a moderate load from a standard circuit, fitting most professional settings. Its 27.5 kg weight permits easy relocation by two people, and it can be positioned on a worktop or under-counter. The dimensions—355 mm wide, 404 mm deep, and 590 mm high—allow installation in compact areas where larger models would not fit.
Maintenance involves wiping the smooth internal surfaces with a damp cloth and sanitiser, clearing ice build-up, and checking the water inlet and drain for obstructions. The gravity drain requires only occasional checks for blockages.
