This ice-cream showcase, article 7SM, is designed for the display and preservation of frozen desserts. Its construction features a metal body with a powder coating, complemented by a stainless steel work surface. The unit is movable, allowing for flexible placement within a retail or catering environment.

The operating principle of this showcase is gravity cooling. This method relies on the natural circulation of cold air within the cabinet. Denser, colder air sinks, displacing warmer air and creating a consistent temperature throughout the display area, which is crucial for maintaining the quality of ice cream.

The showcase is equipped with LED lighting to illuminate the products. For overnight storage or periods of low activity, Plexiglas night blinds are provided to cover the display. The unit also includes a special container specifically for washing the ice cream scoop, promoting hygiene. Automatic defrosting is incorporated to prevent ice build-up and maintain operational efficiency.

The temperature range for this showcase is between -22 °C and -16 °C, suitable for storing various types of ice cream. The external dimensions are 1950 mm in length, 780 mm in width, and 1250 mm in height. The unit weighs 180 kg. The display area is framed by glass featuring silver serigraphy, adding a visual element to the presentation.
