This freestanding heater warms water or milk in a stainless steel tank without requiring a mains water connection. An adjustable thermostat lets users select the desired temperature, while boil-dry protection automatically switches off the power if the tank is empty. A clear gauge glass shows the current water level inside the unit.

The tank holds 20 litres and is filled manually. Once switched on, an indicator light signals when the contents reach the set temperature. The front tap dispenses hot liquid while maintaining the temperature inside, allowing continuous use. The heater processes up to 30 litres per hour, making it suitable for busy kitchens needing a steady supply of hot water or milk.

The compact unit measures 377 mm deep and 458 mm wide. A 2.85 kW heating element operates on a 230 V supply, fitting standard professional kitchen circuits. Controls, including the thermostat, indicator light, and pressure gauge, are positioned on the front panel for easy access.

Designed for flexibility, the heater can be placed anywhere on a worktop or shelf. The stainless steel tank resists corrosion from both water and milk, and the interior is easy to clean after use. Exterior panels are also stainless steel and can be sanitised with a damp cloth or cleaning solution.
