This freestanding heater warms up to 10 litres of water or milk without requiring a fixed water connection, allowing placement anywhere with a power source. The unit uses an electric element inside a sealed stainless-steel tank to heat the contents evenly. Once the desired temperature is reached, insulation helps maintain it, reducing energy waste during idle periods.

To use, cold liquid is poured in through the top until it reaches the visible gauge. The adjustable thermostat is set, and the heater is switched on. A light signals when the contents have reached the chosen temperature. The gauge allows monitoring of the internal level without opening the unit, helping prevent spills and maintain cleanliness. Hot liquid is then dispensed through the front tap.

The stainless-steel tank is enclosed in a compact casing measuring 290 mm deep, 438 mm wide and 290 mm high. Since no plumbing is needed, the heater can be positioned on a worktop, shelf or trolley wherever power is accessible.

Controls include an adjustable thermostat for setting the temperature, a power switch, and an indicator light confirming the contents are ready. The gauge provides a constant view of the liquid level inside.

With a 2.85 kW power rating, the heater operates on a standard 230 V single-phase supply common in commercial settings.

Maintenance involves draining the tank via the tap, rinsing with warm water, and wiping the interior with a soft cloth. Stainless steel resists corrosion and staining, making daily cleaning straightforward. The exterior can be wiped with a damp cloth to remove any spills.
