A hot water dispenser heats and holds water at near-boiling temperature, ready to pour without waiting. The HWA 3 uses an internal electric element to raise the water temperature inside its insulated boiler. Once heated, the boiler maintains the set temperature, reducing energy use by minimising heat loss through its insulated walls. The free-flow tap allows instant dispensing without a lever or button, drawing directly from the boiler's stored volume.

Water enters the unit through an automatic refill system connected to a mains supply, ensuring the boiler stays filled without manual intervention. A boil-dry protection feature prevents the element from operating when water is low, safeguarding the appliance. The dispenser can also be refilled manually if a mains connection is unavailable. A sleep mode reduces energy consumption during quiet periods, programmable between 2 and 16 hours or turned off entirely.

Operation begins by connecting the unit to a water supply and power source. The boiler fills automatically, and the heating element activates to bring the water to temperature. Once ready, the tap delivers hot water on demand. The drip-tray beneath the tap collects any spills, keeping the worktop dry.
