A water jacket surrounds the reservoir, heating the chocolate evenly without burning. A pump delivers consistent servings through a tap, eliminating the need for manual stirring and ensuring uniform quality throughout service.

To use, fill the 5-litre reservoir with prepared chocolate, secure the lid, and power on the unit. The thermostat regulates the temperature, keeping the chocolate ready for dispensing. Pressing the lever releases a fixed amount into a cup. A sight glass allows monitoring of the chocolate level, prompting refills before the reservoir empties.

Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the CI2080-5 resists corrosion and maintains hygiene in damp environments. Both the exterior and internal tank are made of stainless steel, with no coatings that could degrade over time.

The unit features a simple on-off switch and an adjustable thermostat. The switch activates the heating element and pump, while the thermostat sets the desired holding temperature within the supported range.

With a power rating of 1.06 kW, the dispenser connects to a 230 V single-phase circuit. The 10 kg weight permits easy relocation when empty, though it is intended for stationary worktop placement.
