Hose SCHAERER Spare Parts 3370061108

A transparent silicone hose carries water, steam or cleaning solutions between fixed pipework and moving parts in professional beverage equipment. The bore of 5/8 inch matches standard connectors on espresso machines, water boilers and steam wands, allowing a secure push-fit or clamped joint without adapters.

Silicone remains flexible across the temperature range of a working coffee station, so the hose does not harden or crack when hot water or steam passes through. Its transparency lets the operator see flow and spot blockages or discolouration that signal a need for cleaning or replacement.

To use, the operator cuts the hose to the required length, slides it over the barbed fitting on the machine and secures it with a clamp or crimp ring. Once connected, the hose carries water from the supply tap to the boiler, from the boiler to the group head, or steam from the boiler to the wand. After each service cycle the hose can be flushed with clean water or a food-safe sanitiser without removing it from the machine.

The hose is made of food-grade silicone that complies with regulations for contact with potable water and hot beverages. It has no internal reinforcement, so it is lightweight and easy to route around tight corners behind a worktop or under a counter.

Because the entry gives no dimensions beyond the bore, the user must measure the existing hose or the distance between fittings to determine how much to order. The 5/8 inch bore is the critical specification: it ensures compatibility with SCHAERER and other professional beverage machines that use the same standard connection size.

Cleaning is straightforward: flush with warm water after each use and periodically inspect the interior for scale or residue. If the hose becomes cloudy or stiff, replace it to maintain hygiene and flow rate.

This hose is listed in the SCHAERER spare-parts catalogue under beverage-machine components.
