The ILVE Professional Plus HCG90SCK is a gas hob designed for professional use. It features sturdy cast iron grids that provide a stable surface for cookware. This gas hob operates by supplying gas to burners, which are then ignited. The flame intensity can be precisely controlled to suit different cooking requirements. For safety, it is equipped with a safety valve that cuts off the gas supply if the flame is accidentally extinguished. Integrated electric ignition allows for quick and easy starting of the burners. The construction includes an aluminium burner cap with an enamelled burner cover. The hob is designed for built-in installation, with specific dimensions required for the cut-out.
