Hob ILVE HCG60CK

The ILVE Professional Plus HCG60CK is a gas hob designed for professional use. This appliance features sturdy cast iron grids that provide a stable surface for cookware.

Operation involves igniting the gas burners, which are controlled for flame intensity. Integrated electric ignition facilitates startup, and a safety valve is incorporated to stop gas flow if a flame is unexpectedly extinguished. The flame output is infinitely adjustable, allowing precise control over cooking temperatures.

The hob is equipped with several burners. An auxiliary burner, 40 mm in diameter, has two output levels: 1 kW and 0.45 kW. A double crown burner, 120 mm in diameter, offers outputs of 4 kW and 1.8 kW. Additionally, there are two small burners, each 65 mm in diameter, with outputs of 1.75 kW and 0.7 kW.

Construction includes aluminium burner caps topped with enamelled burner covers. The hob requires a built-in hole of 56 cm by 48 cm for installation. The overall dimensions are 560 mm wide by 510 mm long.

Cleaning involves maintaining the cast iron grids and the burner components. The burner caps are aluminium and the covers are enamelled.
