This double-chamber pizza oven accommodates two 45 cm pizzas or four 25 cm pizzas simultaneously on its refractory stone surfaces. The stones retain and evenly distribute heat, ensuring a crisp base while toppings cook uniformly in the dry, high-temperature environment. Independent heating elements above and below each deck allow precise control over browning and doneness for various pizza styles without repositioning during baking.
Pizzas are loaded directly onto the stone using a peel. The operator selects the desired temperature via the control panel, allowing the chamber to heat up to a maximum of 450 °C. An internal light provides visibility without opening the door. Once baked, pizzas are removed with the peel, and the next can be loaded immediately, as the stone maintains its heat.
Constructed from stainless steel, each chamber features a glass door with an ergonomic handle for easy access. The doors seal tightly to minimise heat loss. The oven is stackable, supporting up to four chambers on a single 230 V single-phase supply. Its compact dimensions of 730 x 650 x 570 mm suit most work surfaces, and its 62 kg weight enables manual handling by two people.
Each chamber is equipped with a rotary temperature control, adjustable from 0 to 450 °C. With a total power rating of 7.2 kW, the oven requires a dedicated circuit in a professional kitchen. The temperature range supports diverse baking techniques, from slow-fermented dough to high-heat Neapolitan pizzas.
Maintenance involves brushing the stone after use to clear flour and debris, followed by wiping the interior with a damp cloth once cooled. The glass door can be detached for thorough cleaning, and the stainless-steel exterior is cleaned with standard kitchen sanitiser.
