Pizza oven with digital control panel. Capacity: 2x6 pizzas Ø 30/34cm
- : PIZZA GROUP
- Article number: P08PY12075
A professional electric pizza oven heats two independent chambers, each holding six pizzas up to 34 cm across. Electric elements above and below the stone floor raise the temperature to 450 °C, creating the intense radiant heat that crisps the base while the top browns. The oven's Activestone technology accelerates the heating process, cutting the time needed to reach working temperature and reducing energy use compared to conventional electric ovens.
The operator sets the desired temperature on the control panel, then loads raw pizzas onto the stone floors of each chamber. A bottom-hinged door opens upwards, allowing easy access without blocking the worktop. Once the pizzas are inside, the door seals tightly, trapping heat and steam. Dual internal 12 V lighting illuminates the cooking area, while a double-glazed window lets the operator monitor progress without opening the door. After the set cooking time, the pizzas are removed, and the next batch can be loaded immediately.
The oven's structure is built from stainless steel, chosen for its durability and resistance to corrosion in a busy kitchen. The exterior remains cool to the touch thanks to an ergonomic handle and insulated walls. A stainless steel aspirating hood with a 200 mm outlet removes excess heat and steam, while a controlled chimney valve adjusts airflow to maintain consistent temperatures. The oven's footprint of 1480 mm wide, 1030 mm deep and 720 mm high fits into most professional kitchens, though its 231 kg weight requires a sturdy floor and may need two people to position.
Power is supplied via a 400 V three-phase plus neutral and earth connection, delivering a total of 18 kW across four separate elements: two 5.4 kW elements at the top and two 3.6 kW elements at the bottom of each chamber. This configuration allows precise control over browning and cooking speed. The temperature range of 0 to 450 °C accommodates everything from slow-baked doughs to Neapolitan-style pizzas that cook in under two minutes.
The control panel offers extreme precision in temperature setting, with the ability to store up to two custom programmes. A programmed ignition and shutdown function ensures the oven is ready at the start of service and safely powered down at the end. Cleaning involves wiping down the stainless steel surfaces and removing any food debris from the stone floors. The aspirating hood and chimney valve should be checked regularly to ensure unobstructed airflow.
An optional chamber door that opens from the bottom up is available under article P08PY12083. The oven is categorised in professional catering equipment catalogues under electric pizza ovens, designed for high-volume pizzerias and commercial kitchens.
