An electric kettle heats water by passing current through a concealed element at the base. The element warms the water directly, transferring heat without flame or external burner. This method raises the temperature quickly and evenly, cutting the time between filling and pouring. A thermostat inside the kettle senses when the water reaches boiling point and cuts the power, preventing overheat and spillage. The process is automatic once the switch is pressed, freeing the operator for other tasks while the water comes to the boil.
To use the kettle, fill it through the wide opening to the desired level marked inside. Place it on the 360° rotatable base and plug it into a 220–240 V supply. Press the on/off switch; the LED indicator lights to show the element is heating. When the water boils, the thermostat trips and the kettle switches off automatically. Lift the kettle by its smooth aluminium handle and pour from the non-drip spout. The base stays on the worktop, so the kettle can be moved to the point of use without trailing a cord.
The body is made of stainless steel with a single wall that conducts heat efficiently. The handle is aluminium, shaped for a stable grip and cool to the touch. A removable anti-scale filter sits inside the spout to catch limescale, and the lid is also aluminium, lifting off for cleaning. Internal markings show the water level without opening the lid, and the spout is designed to pour without dripping.
The 2.2 kW power rating means the kettle draws a high current, so it must be plugged into a dedicated circuit that can supply the load without tripping. The 220–240 V voltage matches the standard supply in British commercial kitchens. The 1.14 kg weight allows the kettle to be carried easily between workstations, and the 180 × 230 × 262 mm footprint fits on a crowded worktop or shelf.
Cleaning is straightforward: the anti-scale filter lifts out for rinsing, the lid removes for washing, and the stainless steel body can be wiped down. The wide fill opening gives access to the interior for descaling agents when needed. The 360° base lets the kettle be turned to face any direction, so it can be placed where space is tight without blocking access to other equipment.
This model is designed for the HORECA sector and is supplied as a single unit without variants.
