A commercial mixer built to handle large batches of dough, batter or mixture without strain. Two independent motors drive the mixing arm, each with its own power reserve so that one motor can take over if the other is under heavy load. The system distributes the work and prevents overheating, letting the machine run for long periods without interruption.
The mixer works in two set speeds. The left timer controls the duration of the first speed, the right timer the second. Once the operator loads the bowl and selects a speed, the timer counts down the mixing time and stops the motor automatically. If the timers are not needed, a key selector switches the mixer to manual mode, running at either speed until the operator stops it. This bypass keeps the machine working even if a timer fails.
Operation starts with the bowl locked in place. The operator adds ingredients, closes the guard and sets the desired speed and time on the electromechanical control panel. The mixer starts when the guard is secure; the motors engage and the arm rotates, folding and stretching the mixture. When the timer expires, the motor stops and the guard can be opened to remove the bowl or add more ingredients. The same sequence repeats for the second speed if needed.
The frame is welded steel, rigid enough to resist vibration and movement during heavy mixing. The bowl is stainless steel, fixed to the frame. The control panel is mounted at the front, within reach of the operator, and houses two mechanical timers, a key selector and start-stop buttons.
A power rating of 9.95 kW means the mixer requires a three-phase 400 V circuit, the standard supply for large commercial equipment. The 750 kg weight indicates the unit is floor-standing and must be positioned on a solid base that can support the load without shifting. The footprint of 9100 × 1570 mm takes a long section of worktop or floor space, so the layout of the kitchen must allow for the length and for clearance around the bowl and guard.
Cleaning follows the parts named. The stainless-steel bowl can be removed for washing; the frame and guard are wiped down with a damp cloth. The control panel is kept dry to prevent moisture reaching the electrical components. The timers and selector are mechanical and need no calibration, but the operator checks that they engage and disengage smoothly before each use.
An electronic control panel with two digital timers is available on request, replacing the mechanical timers with a programmable interface.
