Spiral mixer with fixed head and bowl. Without timer.
Bowl dimensions - 36x21cm (ø x H)

A spiral mixer draws the dough up the sides of the bowl with a rotating spiral hook, folding and stretching it continuously. This motion develops the gluten network evenly without overheating the mass, giving a smooth, elastic dough ready for proofing in minutes.
The operator lowers the bowl onto the base, locks it in place, and pours in flour, water and yeast. The single-speed motor starts with a push of the button; the spiral turns while the bowl remains stationary. A hinged safety grid swings open to add salt, oil or other ingredients without stopping the machine. The operator watches the consistency through the grid and stops the motor once the dough pulls cleanly from the sides.
The bowl, spiral hook and dough-splitting rod are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The main body is finished in painted steel.
The single control is an on-off push button that starts and stops the motor.
The 0.75 kW power rating requires a 400 V three-phase circuit, the standard supply for professional kitchen equipment. The 22 litre bowl holds up to 18 kg of dough, allowing batches large enough for a full service in pizzerias and small bakeries. The 75 kg weight keeps the unit stable on the worktop without bolting. The footprint of 400 mm depth, 690 mm width and 630 mm height fits under most standard worktop overhangs.
Cleaning is done after each use: the bowl and spiral are removed, washed in warm water with mild detergent, rinsed and dried before reassembly. The painted exterior is wiped with a damp cloth.
The model is supplied as a single-speed unit only.
The catalogue places this mixer in the professional dough-preparation section for pizzerias, bakeries and pastry shops.
