This refrigerated display case maintains chilled food in clear view while preventing dehydration. Static cooling uses natural air movement, avoiding the harsh airflow that can dry out uncovered dishes. The system depends on a consistent temperature flow from the evaporator, removing heat from inside and releasing it externally. Without a fan, air circulates gently, retaining moisture in salads, desserts, and ready-to-eat items while keeping them within a safe temperature range.

Products are loaded from the rear via sliding doors, allowing easy access to shelves. A digital control panel adjusts the temperature between +2 °C and +6 °C, with the unit maintaining the set level automatically. Internal LED lighting brightens contents without generating heat, preserving true colours and minimising power use. An anti-drip evaporator at the top captures condensation before it forms droplets on the glass, ensuring an unobstructed view. Daily, an automatic defrost cycle melts any ice on the evaporator, draining water away without manual effort.

The frame combines aluminium with an AISI-304 stainless steel finish for strength and cleanliness. Tempered glass on the front and sides withstands impacts and temperature changes, safeguarding both staff and customers. The refrigerant, R134a, balances effective cooling with environmental considerations.

The unit operates on a 230 V supply, compatible with standard single-phase kitchen circuits. Its dimensions of 1788 mm by 395 mm suit placement along a worktop or wall, while the 245 mm height accommodates taller items on the top shelf. Designed for climate class 3, the case performs reliably in typical professional kitchen conditions.

Cleaning is simple: stainless steel surfaces can be wiped with a damp cloth, and sliding doors detach for thorough cleaning. The automatic defrost system removes the need for manual ice scraping, reducing daily maintenance.
